Some Pics

Here's just a few pictures to give you a little perspective on the area.



That's the hospital campus. The white stuff is the actual hospital, which consists of administration, emergency, medicine ward, maternity ward, pediatric ward, and operating room. These are all the original buildings from the hospital's creation. The blue stuff is the volunteer living area, which is newer. Almost all the buildings are those Maranatha One-Day Church metal buildings that you probably recognize from elsewhere.



All of us younger volunteers have our own little hut that we call the "SM Hut" where we can hang out, cook, relax, etc.



We even have a shower!



The purple stuff will eventually become part of the hospital, but right now everything is empty. The red stuff will be a nursing school in the future, but right now those buildings are empty too. The school are church are just outside the bottom wall.



And here's some hippos!
